Pearls Nursery Return Policy

At Pearls Nursery, we strive to provide high-quality seeds and plants. Please carefully review our return policy below:

1. Change of Mind Returns:

Pearls Nursery does not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose your items carefully before completing your purchase.

2. Incorrect Address:

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the shipping address entered during checkout.
Pearls Nursery will not issue refunds for orders that are undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If a parcel is returned to Pearls Nursery due to an incorrect address, we will contact the buyer to arrange reshipment. The buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs.
If the order is lost due to an incorrect address input at checkout, Pearls Nursery is not liable for a refund.

3. Seed Germination:

Due to the variable nature of seeds and the diverse conditions under which they are raised, Pearls Nursery does not guarantee seed germination.
We do not offer refunds or returns for seeds that do not germinate.
Customers acknowledge that seed germination is influenced by various factors beyond our control, including but not limited to soil quality, temperature, moisture, and cultivation techniques.

4. Customs Regulations (USA):

It is the buyer's sole responsibility to research and comply with all applicable customs regulations and import restrictions for their state within the USA.
Pearls Nursery will not be held liable for any seeds or plants that are confiscated or rejected by customs authorities.
No refunds will be issued for orders that are seized or deemed inadmissible by customs due to the buyer's failure to comply with relevant regulations.
